How much do you charge?

As a guide, a 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom home takes around 3 hours for a general clean, and between 6–10 hours for a deep clean or end-of-lease clean depending on the condition. Do you charge hourly or a flat rate?

It depends on the service. For recurring general cleaning we offer both flat rates and hourly pricing — whichever suits you best. For all other services such as deep cleaning, end of lease, and move-in/move-out cleans, we charge hourly. We confirm the pricing structure when you get your quote so there are no surprises on the day.

Do you provide equipment and products?

Yes — we supply everything: vacuum, mop, microfibre cloths, and all cleaning chemicals. Most of our products are biodegradable and eco-friendly. The only exceptions are oven cleaner and bleach, where no eco-friendly alternatives on the market meet our standard of results. Everything else is safe for the environment, your family, and your pets.

Do you have police checks?

Yes, every cleaner on our network holds a current police check. We vet all cleaners before they enter a single home because your safety and peace of mind are non-negotiable. You can ask your cleaner to show their clearance at any time.

Do I need to pay in advance?

No — you pay on the day of your clean, not before. For regular bookings our secure system verifies your card in advance (fraud protection only) and charges after the job is complete. NDIS and aged care clients should contact us directly as a different billing process applies.
