- Analytics tools: Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel (subject to your cookie consent)
- Booking platform: BookingKoala (a third-party service provider)
4. Why We Collect It
- To deliver cleaning services you have booked
- To communicate about your booking (confirmation, reminders, follow-up)
- To measure and optimise our marketing spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- To match your data against advertising platform audiences to show relevant ads
- To improve our website and service quality
- To personalise your return visit experience (e.g., pre-filling your name on forms)
5. Who We Share It With
- Meta (Facebook): hashed personal data (email, phone) is transmitted to Meta via the Conversions API for advertising measurement. PII is SHA-256 hashed before transmission and is never shared in plain text.
- Google: anonymised behavioural data via Google Tag Manager for advertising measurement.
- BookingKoala: booking and contact details necessary to manage your service.
- Our cleaners: your name, address, and booking details are shared with your assigned cleaner for service delivery only.
- Vercel: our hosting infrastructure processes requests and logs necessary for operation. Data is stored in accordance with Vercel’s privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
6. How We Store and Protect It
Personal information stored in our visitor profile system (Vercel KV) is retained for up to 12 months. All PII is SHA-256 hashed before being transmitted to advertising platforms. Our systems use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
7. Cookies
We use the following cookies:
- pf_browser_id (365 days): first-party identifier used to personalise return visits and enrich analytics events. Only stored after the consent banner has been interacted with.
- pf_consent (365 days): stores your cookie consent choice.
- _fbp, _fbc: Meta Pixel cookies for ad measurement. Only set if you accept marketing cookies.
- GTM cookies: set by Google Tag Manager for analytics. Only active if you accept marketing cookies.

8. Your Rights (APP 12 and APP 13)
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:
